The four boys...James, Mike, Don (Pat), and Rick...Jim and Mike live a couple miles from each other in the San Diego area. Don lives in New Hampshire, and Rick lives in the Portland, Oregon area. An odd time for us all, especially Mom, I would think...quite a family reunion...the next year I went to Peoria and lived with Mom and Everett for the summer.
to add to Mike's (anonymous) comment he is correct, very odd time. I had been in california for eight years, returned to see the brothers and Tom and LIna and I met Gertrude and went down to Peoria and spent about two weeks with her and Everett. they lived on spitznagle street as I remember. Spent about 30 minutes with Seth and could not get out of there fast enough.

ReplyDeleteagain want to thank everyone involved in doing this. I left KKK at the age of 10 in 1955 so a lot of this brings back good memories. jim lynch
